Vendor Terms

Last Updated: March 27, 2026 Welcome to the Jiya Web Solution Vendor Program. By registering as a Vendor on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Jiya Web Solution and your use of our WhatsApp API panel. 1. Professional Conduct & Compliance As a Vendor, you are responsible for the actions of your sub-users (if applicable) and the messages sent through your account. Anti-Spam Policy: You must not use the platform for spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited bulk messages. WhatsApp Official Policy: You agree to adhere to Meta’s (WhatsApp) Business Terms. Jiya Web Solution is not liable for any number bans or account suspensions resulting from your usage. 2. Service Delivery & Support Uptime: Jiya Web Solution strives to provide high availability. However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party API changes (WhatsApp/Meta) or server maintenance. Technical Support: We provide technical support related to the panel and API integration. Support does not cover marketing strategy or individual WhatsApp account management. 3. Billing and Subscriptions Vendor Fees: All subscription fees for the Vendor panel are paid in advance. Renewal: It is the Vendor's responsibility to renew the subscription before expiry to avoid service interruption. Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed technical failure from our side that cannot be resolved within 7 business days. 4. Data Ownership and Security Client Data: You retain ownership of the data (contacts and messages) you upload. Jiya Web Solution will not use or sell your client data to third parties. Security: You must ensure that your login credentials and API keys are kept secure. Any breach caused by Vendor negligence is not the responsibility of Jiya Web Solution. 5. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor account immediately and without refund if: The Vendor is found engaging in illegal activities. The Vendor violates the Anti-Spam policy repeatedly. There is a failure to pay subscription fees. 6. Limitation of Liability Jiya Web Solution shall not be held liable for any loss of business, revenue, or reputation resulting from the use of our API services or any technical glitches beyond our control. 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [আপনার শহরের নাম], India. 8.
